Smoking in cars with children - BANNED

Parliament have agreed to ban smoking in cars with children from October 2015 this year in England.  If you're caught a fine of £50 will be levied.  The only exception is in a convertible, but you have to have to roof down.  It's now an optional extra for a cigarette lighter to be put in your car.  Would you pay extra to have one?  Read my article on values for secondhand cars if you smoke  here.
