Car News Round up 28th March
Hello and welcome to double sc news for Saturday 28th March 2015 brought to you by Simon Shield Cars Ltd
There is so much to get through this week I’m going to just get on with it:
£20 fines for idling drivers in London city centre, due to increasing pollution levels. Paris also ban cars for one day with even number plates and odd the next. Do you think we’re seeing the end of cars in our cities?
Average speed cameras will be put up along the A12, one at Kelvedon and the other at Hughes Corner enforcing the 70mph. 40mph temporary cameras will be here until May.
It’s the NEC Restoration Show on this weekend in Birmingham. Pop along to find your next classic car to do up and see a very rare Jensen C-V8 amongst others.
Do you own a cherished number plate but have it on a retention certificate? I bet you aren’t looking forward to the £25 annual fee. Well you’re in luck because it’s been scrapped.
