How to save money on your road tax

How to save money on your road tax?

We recently saved a customer £355 on the purchase of VED or road tax, which is quite a saving.

How did we do it?

One way of saving money is to buy a car that is registered before April 2017. From April 2017 all the road tax prices went up and some went up an enormous amount but that is for another post.

The other way is to wait until 5 years is up after the second road tax has been purchased.  This will take you down to the minimum road tax of £165.

This is what we have been doing for customers recently.  There's no such thing as zero road tax anymore. Only on older used cars.
