Every car has a story. But this Mini Convertible’s journey is one we’ll be talking about for years.
Last week, Simon set off from Stowmarket railway station, bright and early, on a mission: to collect a car we sold a few years ago that was ready to come home, all the way from Edinburgh.
It’s not every day that you take a 400-mile train ride to reunite with a car you know and love. But here at Simon Shield Cars, we build real relationships – not just with our customers, but with the cars too.
We first sold this gorgeous Mini Cooper S Convertible to a lovely customer who took great care of it. When the time came for them to move on, they called us – and we were more than happy to bring it back to Suffolk.
After a scenic train ride through some of the UK’s most beautiful landscapes (and a few cups of coffee along the way), Simon arrived in Edinburgh, reunited with the Mini, and began the long drive back – roof down, of course. Because when you're bringing a car like this home, you’ve got to do it in style.
